custom home planning

we are about to start building a house!! eeekkk!! its ok, you can shout for joy too! we've lived in the basement of my in-laws home for almost two years now and i'm super excited to plan and build and decorate and ORGANIZE our new home!! soooo whats the first step you say?? well, in my mind its picking out a floorplan. i've learned through this process that i'm super picky. (i can hear my husband in the background "you're just now learning that??") haha chris. be quiet. i've narrowed it down to three options, feel free to weigh in
